Automatization
Full integrated control of the systems parameters via software (Flow rates, flow rate ratios, cargo volume, lipid volume, post dilution volume, head-tail cutting parameters by volume, head-tail cutting parameters by time, synchronizing delay times by volumes of cargo, lipid and post-dilution solutions)
Originally developed for internal use, the capabilities of our instrument has attracted interest of our partners, including CDMOs and research or academic institutions. In response to positive feedback, we are now working with an experienced instrument manufacturer to bring the platform to the market by the Q2/2026. We are happy to accommodate requests for beta testing the instrument.

Are you a CDMO or do you plan on using an LNP delivery technology as a payload owner? Particle assembly is a crucial step not only in development but also in scale-up and production - and the field is now undergoing a major shift from the technology used in the production of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.
With our deep understanding of microfluidics applications in nanoparticle formulation, we are happy to discuss the development of the field - and your needs. We are ready to share our insights and we are also very much interested in what you have to say as your needs, priorities and concerns will drive the direction of the formulation instrumentation development.
